As you can see from the picture, it is in good condition ( pillows not included). Movers brought it in to our new place and were not careful. It does have two small tears and the hole for one of the legs on the couch is stripped. It is an easy fix, just haven't had time to tend to it since we moved in. The set is super comfy--great for naps,snuggling, or friends crashing on the couch. The only reason why I am willing to part with this set is because I got something larger with more seating.
